TC Energy Posts 12% EBITDA Growth in Q2, Eyes Top End of 2026 Guidance

The pipeline operator posted double-digit EBITDA growth in the second quarter and now sees full-year results tracking toward the top of its guidance range.

TC Energy reported comparable EBITDA of $2.9 billion for the second quarter, up 12% from $2.6 billion in the same period a year earlier. Comparable earnings from continuing operations came in at $1.0 billion, or $0.94 per common share, compared with $0.82 per share in Q2 2025.

Citing the quarter's performance, the company said it now expects to land at the upper end of its 2026 comparable EBITDA outlook range of $11.6 billion to $11.8 billion. TC Energy's board also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.8775 per common share, and the company set 2026 capital expenditure guidance at $6.0 billion to $6.5 billion.
